At Shark Robot, we want you to love your gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt until your return has been fully processed.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
