How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard processing time is 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 2-4 weeks depending on your location.
What is your return policy for apparel?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
How should I care for my Shark Robot screen-printed shirts?
To preserve the life of the print, we recommend washing your garments inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat or hang-drying.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or VAT taxes imposed by their local government.
What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We strive for perfection, but mistakes happen. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please email our support team with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will send a replacement immediately.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we move quickly to process orders, we can only make changes or cancellations within 1 hour of the order being placed. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.
